About Me

In my role as a consultant, I spend most of my time in schools, helping them to use data effectively and training staff at all levels.

Before joining SISRA, I spent several years in an outstanding academy trust where I gained an in-depth knowledge of curriculums and school life as well as experiencing two Ofsted inspections along the way (including the interviews). I was responsible for data management across two secondary schools and one primary and have worked with data from EYFS right through to Key Stage 5, with a special interest in school improvement and strategic use of data.

I am the creator of SISRA Observe which is a data tool for lesson observations, and am also expert in several SIMS modules including Assessment, Behaviour Management and School Census.

My role at SISRA encompasses management of both the consultancy and customer service teams. Both of these teams are made up of talented and passionate individuals who are working hard to ensure all our schools receive the support they need to use SISRA effectively.
